Shipping policy

We currently ship to the USA but we intend to ship internationally soon!

Once shipped, most of our boxes arrive within 3 days, provided there is no weather emergency.

Mon-Fri your gift will be in the mail the day after order.

While highly unlikely due to the extra care we put into wrapping each box. Accidents can still happen.
If something in your order arrives broken, please take a picture right away! Including an image of the packaging and the broken item will help us settle our insurance claim with USPS. We will of course replace any item that is broken in shipment. Please note that items can not be replaced without pictures of both the damaged packaging and the damaged item.
Your happiness is our number one concern so please know if something does not go as planned. We will do everything we can to find a solution!

Returns and exchanges

Because of the level of customization and personal care that goes into each box we are not able to return, refund, or cancel any orders.
That said, your happiness and the happiness of your recipient is not only our number one priority, but the joy of giving is the whole reason Dandelion began!
So if there is an issue with your order please do not hesitate to reach out to us and we will find a solution!
