Just Breathe

I'm so happy you are here!

This past year I've learned so much about myself and the power of authenticity and genuine caring.  I think it has been a year of discovery for most of us.  Would you agree?

There is so much more happiness in giving than receiving.  Although, receiving is definitely FUN too!  But, it's not always a tangible item that we gift to or receive from others.  Examples: picking up the phone and actually calling someone, perhaps sending a video or text (if that is more your vibe) simply letting a person know "hey, I'm thinking about you today" "I miss you" "how are you coping thru all of this social disconnect"?

It would be an understatement to simply say I've enjoyed this process of working with Mikhaila and bringing our vision of FUN, Authentic, and CARING Gifts to light.  We've created things with our hands and minds that I didn't think I had the motivation to do. 

My heart is full of gratitude for your sincere encouragement through this process.  I've discovered so many things about myself in this journey and it has been a rollercoaster ride of fun, MORE FUN, some tears, some discarded bath bombs that didn't make the cut, feeling incapable, and then ALWAYS circling back to dance party kind of fun!

My favorite box right now is my "Just Breathe" box!  

Although, I love all of our pink and unicorn colors.. sometimes, I need the calming neutral vibe and that reminder to literally inhale/exhale.  They say the advice you give is often the advice you need.  So, I'm passing on a reminder to my Dandy followers to pull back and  "Just Breathe" .

Did you know taking a few focused breaths can help in the moment of a difficult situation or if you're having a bad day.  

My hope is that you are NOT having a bad day but having a FABULOUS day and are remembering to inhale, exhale, & take focused breaths.
